Remote code execution in VMware vRealize Operations for Horizon Adapter 6.6.x before 6.6.1 and 6.7.x before 6.7.1 allows remote attackers to run code. The Horizon Adapter exposes a JMX RMI service whose insecure configuration permits unauthenticated remote invocation; VMware has not disclosed the specific configuration error. Exploitation requires network access to vRealize Operations while the Horizon Adapter is running and grants arbitrary code execution within vRealize Operations.
