Arbitrary file deletion via unfiltered API path

Arbitrary file deletion in CHANGING ServiSign 1.0.19.0617 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete files through a crafted API parameter. An insecure DLL API accepts a caller-controlled file path without path filtering or access control and deletes the referenced file. No ServiSign authentication is required, but the victim must have the Windows component installed and browse attacker-controlled phishing or advertising content that invokes the API.
