Improper entitlement validation in AppleMobileFileIntegrity on iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS allows local users to use arbitrary entitlements. Apple identifies only improved checks and has not published the exact entitlement-validation operation that accepts unauthorized application claims. Execution of an application on an affected device is required, and arbitrary entitlements can grant access to protected capabilities and resources.
