Memory disclosure via unchecked TIF buffer read

Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Photoshop allows remote attackers to disclose process memory through crafted TIF files. The TIF parser fails to validate user-supplied data before reading past an allocated buffer in CC 2019 20.0.8 and earlier and Photoshop 2020 21.1 and earlier. Exploitation requires the target to visit a malicious page or open a malicious file; disclosed memory can support a separate code-execution exploit.
