LocalSystem escalation via unquoted service executable path

Unquoted service path handling in OKI sPSV Port Manager 1.0.41 allows local users to execute code with LocalSystem privileges. The sPSVOpLclSrv service registers C:\Program Files\Okidata\smart PrintSuperVision\xml\ComApi\extend3\portmgrsrv.exe without quotation marks, allowing Windows path parsing to select an attacker-planted executable first. Successful exploitation requires write access to an earlier path location and a service restart or system reboot; the planted code then runs as LocalSystem.
