Stored cross-site scripting in the bbs reply endpoint of Kuicms Php EE 2.0 allows remote attackers to execute scripts in users' browsers. The endpoint accepts HTML and JavaScript in the content POST parameter and later renders the stored reply without neutralizing it. No authentication is required to plant the payload, but another user must view the affected thread for browser-side code to run.
