Administrative account creation via forged add-user requests
Published May 13, 2026 · Updated May 13, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Progetis Easy2Pilot 7 allows remote attackers to create administrative accounts through a victim's session. The admin.php?action=add_user handler treats a cross-origin POST containing user and pass fields as an intentional administrator request and creates the account. An authenticated administrator must load the crafted page while a valid session is active, after which the new account provides administrative access.
