Unauthenticated file read via nonrecursive path filtering
Published Feb 11, 2026 · Updated Feb 11, 2026
Path traversal in The Control Group Voyager 1.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read server files via the asset path parameter. The assets method removes literal ../ and ./ tokens only once before appending the decoded value to its asset base path, so overlapping traversal tokens survive and reach File::get. The route is outside the administrator middleware group; exposure is limited to files readable by the web-server process.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
