Local application crash via oversized registration key

Classic buffer overflow in Nsasoft RemShutdown 2.9.0.0 allows local users to crash the application through its registration key field. The registration handler accepts a pasted 1,000-character key and copies it without an adequate length check, overrunning its destination buffer. A local user must interact with the Windows registration dialog; the demonstrated consequence is process termination rather than shutdown of managed hosts.
