Application crash via unchecked registration input
Published Feb 11, 2026 · Updated Feb 11, 2026
Buffer overflow in Nsasoft Office Product Key Finder 1.5.4 allows local users to crash the application through registration input. The Name and Key registration field copies an oversized text payload without checking that it fits the destination buffer. Exploitation requires a user to paste the crafted file's contents into that field and submit the check; the demonstrated consequence is an application crash, with no reported code execution or data impact.
