Application crash via oversized registration input

Buffer overflow in Top Password Software Firefox Password Recovery 2.8 allows local users to crash the application through its GUI. The User Name and Registration Code fields copy a 5,000-character value without checking the destination buffer size, corrupting application memory. A local user must interact with the registration dialog, and the reported consequence is limited to terminating the desktop application.
