Application crash via oversized proxy address

Buffer overflow in the proxy address configuration in Raimersoft TapinRadio 2.12.3 allows local users to crash the application. The address field accepts and copies a 3,000-byte arbitrary value without enforcing the destination buffer's size. The attack requires access to the local Windows application and interrupts TapinRadio's normal operation; no system-wide outage is reported.
