Authenticated PHP inclusion via unchecked pack value
Published May 13, 2026 · Updated May 13, 2026
Local file inclusion in Ultimate Member 2.1.3 allows attackers to include PHP files through a crafted POST pack value. The upgrade handler appends the unchecked pack value to packages_dir and passes the resulting init.php path to include_once. Authenticated access to the WordPress handler is required; the record asserts code execution, but both published base vectors score confidentiality impact only.
