Application crash via oversized file-open input

Out-of-bounds write in FinalWire EVEREST 5.50.2100 allows local users to crash the application through its report file-open field. The report wizard's Open File field accepts a 450-character string of repeated bytes and writes beyond the intended buffer when Next is selected. Exploitation requires an interactive Windows session and a clipboard paste into the running desktop application, and the demonstrated consequence is process termination only.
