Application crash via oversized password property

Denial of service in UltraVNC Launcher 1.2.4.0 allows local users to crash the application through its password property. The Properties dialog accepts a 300-character password, and reopening Properties after saving it triggers a stack-based buffer overflow and crash. The attack requires local GUI and clipboard interaction; it interrupts only the launcher process, with no demonstrated broader system impact.
