Administrator account creation via unvalidated forged requests

Cross-site request forgery in the P5 FNIP-8x16A 1.0.20 web interface allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts. The user.cgi endpoint accepts state-changing POST requests for usernames, roles, enablement, and passwords without validating an anti-forgery token or request origin. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to load an attacker-controlled page, after which account credentials and device configuration can be changed.
