Administrator file placement via unchecked plugin download

Arbitrary file download in JiZhiCMS 1.6.7 allows remote authenticated users to place attacker-supplied archives through the plugin updater. The /admin.php/Plugins/update.html endpoint accepts attacker-controlled download_url and filepath values, fetches the remote archive, and then extracts the selected path. Administrative access is required; successful use can write and extract attacker-controlled content on the server.
