Script execution via unescaped navigation parameters
Published Feb 3, 2026 · Updated Feb 3, 2026
Reflected XSS in news.php in David van Geest 60cycleCMS 2.5.2 allows remote attackers to execute scripts via crafted GET parameters. The request handler reads etsu and ltsu from $_GET, and the rendering path places attacker-controlled navigation values into HTML attributes without neutralization. Exploitation requires a victim to open a crafted URL; script execution occurs in that victim's browser with the site's origin privileges.
