Script execution via unescaped comment author

Stored XSS in Victor CMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute scripts in victim browsers through crafted comment author names. The post.php comment handler stores comment_author unchanged, then interpolates the stored value into an HTML heading without output encoding. Comment submission requires no application account, but execution requires a victim to open the affected post, exposing browser-accessible data and actions.
