Stack-based buffer overflow in Frigate Professional 3.36.0.9 and earlier allows local users to execute code through Command Line input. The field accepts more than 4,112 crafted characters, overwriting SEH control data and redirecting execution through rtl60.bpl. Exploitation requires Windows GUI access, activation of Command Line, and DEP disabled for Frigate3.exe; code runs as the application user.
