CVE-2020-37048Public exploit

Elevated code execution via unquoted service path

Published Feb 1, 2026 · Updated Feb 1, 2026

Unquoted service path handling in Wondershare Application Framework Service 2.4.3.241 allows local users to execute code with elevated privileges. The auto-start IsAppService registration leaves C:\Program Files (x86)\Iskysoft\IAF\2.4.3.241\IsAppService.exe unquoted, so Windows can select an attacker-planted executable from an earlier path segment. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and permission to place a file in a searched path, after which service startup or reboot runs it with the service's elevated account.
