Administrator account creation via forged cross-origin request

CSRF in Adikiss Sistem Informasi Pengumuman Kelulusan Online 1.0 allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts. The admin/tambahuser.php endpoint accepts a cross-origin POST containing name, username, and password fields without verifying request intent or a CSRF token. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to load attacker-controlled HTML, after which the forged request adds an account with administrative access.
