Unquoted service path in the NetBackup INET Daemon in Veritas NetBackup 7.0 allows local users to execute code as LocalSystem. The Windows service registers C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\bpinetd.exe without quotes, so service startup can resolve an attacker-planted executable from an earlier path segment. Exploitation requires local users to place that executable and trigger or await service startup or a system reboot.
