Code execution via registration-key buffer overflow

Buffer overflow in 10-Strike Bandwidth Monitor 3.9 allows local users to execute arbitrary code by submitting a crafted registration key. The registration-key dialog accepts an oversized value that overwrites the SEH record; a ROP chain then invokes WinExec through bundled DLL gadgets. Exploitation requires an interactive Windows session and submission of the key, after which code runs in the application's security context.
