Database disclosure and modification via interpolated search input
Published Jan 30, 2026 · Updated Jan 30, 2026
SQL injection in e-Learning PHP Script 0.1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the public search endpoint. In search.php, the search handler inserts the unvalidated search parameter directly into a posts-table LIKE clause and executes the resulting SQL with mysqli_query. No authentication or user interaction is required; a crafted GET request can disclose database contents or change data, while no availability impact is reported.
