SYSTEM escalation via unquoted service paths

Unquoted service paths in 10-Strike Bandwidth Monitor 3.9 allow local users to execute code as SYSTEM during service startup. The Svc10StrikeBandMonitor, Svc10StrikeBMWD, and Svc10StrikeBMAgent services register unquoted executable paths under Program Files, causing Windows to probe truncated paths such as C:\Program.exe. A local user who can place a malicious binary in a probed path gains SYSTEM execution when an affected LocalSystem service starts.
