Configuration disclosure via unchecked download path
Published Jan 29, 2026 · Updated Jan 29, 2026
Path traversal in Ruijie Networks S29_RGOS 11.4(1)B12P11 allows remote attackers to read switch configuration files through eWeb. The /download.do handler accepts ../ sequences in the file parameter and returns the resolved config.text file without confining the path. An unauthenticated request exposes stored usernames, passwords, device identity, and network settings; no write or service interruption is reported.
