Unrestricted file upload in MedDream PACS Server 6.8.3.751 allows remote authenticated users to execute system commands. The uploadImage.php endpoint accepts a PHP file and saves it beneath the web-accessible /Pacs/upload path, where the server executes it. A valid PACS account is required; successful exploitation runs commands as the web-service identity, demonstrated as Windows SYSTEM.
