Application crash via oversized FTP server address

Buffer overflow in Qlik QlikView 12.50.20000.0 allows local users to crash the application through the FTP server address field. The Open FTP workflow copies a 300-character address without checking the destination buffer size, terminating QlikView when Connect is selected. Exploitation requires interactive access to the Windows desktop and interrupts only the local application process; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
