Stack buffer overflow in Nidesoft 3GP Video Converter 2.6.18 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through license registration. The License Code field copies an oversized registration string into a fixed-size stack buffer without enforcing its length. Exploitation requires local access to the Windows application and submission of the crafted string, and code runs with the application's privileges.
