Local file disclosure via unsanitized chemin path

Path traversal in PMB 5.6 allows local users to read arbitrary server files through the chemin parameter in getgif.php. The getgif.php handler passes the unsanitized chemin value directly to fopen in read-binary mode, then returns the opened file's contents. Exploitation requires local access to the PMB host and exposes readable files without demonstrating an ability to modify them.
