Authenticated service crash via oversized metric range
Published Jan 27, 2026 · Updated Jan 27, 2026
Denial of service in Laravel Nova 3.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash the application via oversized metric range requests. The Nova metrics API accepts the range query parameter without an effective limit and performs work proportional to the attacker-supplied value. Concurrent requests to an authenticated metric endpoint can exhaust server resources and interrupt the application service.
