Information disclosure in SmarterTools SmarterTrack 10.0 and 14.0 allows remote attackers to read agent identity details. The /Management/Chat/frmChatSearch.aspx endpoint returns agents' first and last names with unique identifiers without enforcing authentication. Network access to the management endpoint is sufficient, and the disclosed data is limited to those agent identity fields.
