Credential disclosure via cleartext authentication cookies
Published Jan 6, 2026 · Updated Jan 6, 2026
Cleartext credential exposure in QiHang Media Web Digital Signage 3.0.9 allows remote attackers to intercept login cookies over HTTP. The QH.aspx login sends account and password values in qihang_cookie_key_account and qihang_cookie_key_password without transport encryption. A man-in-the-middle position on the traffic path is required, enabling captured administrator credentials to be reused for unauthorized access.
