Path traversal in QiHang Media Web Digital Signage 3.0.9 allows remote attackers to read server files through the QH.aspx endpoint. The download and getAll actions pass unverified filename and path values to local file and directory retrieval operations. No authentication is required; crafted relative paths expose application source, configuration files, and directory listings, without reported write access.
