Unauthenticated credential disclosure via exposed configuration file
Published Dec 10, 2025 · Updated Dec 10, 2025
Information disclosure in the EIBIZ digital-signage server 3.8.0 allows remote attackers to read configuration data without authentication. The web server serves /config/SiteConfig.properties to an HTTP GET request without enforcing access control on that resource. Network access to the HTTP service is sufficient to obtain administrative passwords, database credentials, and internal service settings.
