Unauthenticated file disclosure via oldfile path traversal

Path traversal in EIBIZ Digital Signage Server 3.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files. The /dlibrary/null handler resolves parent-directory sequences supplied through the oldfile GET parameter without confining the resolved path to the web root. Authentication and interaction are not required, and exposed data includes application configuration and Windows system files.
