Administrator account creation via CSRF

Cross-site request forgery in SpinetiX Fusion Digital Signage 3.4.8 allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts. The /fusion/index.php?r=users/create endpoint accepts a forged POST containing an Administrator role without validating that the logged-in user intended the request. Exploitation requires a logged-in Fusion user to visit an attacker-controlled page, after which the created account has full signage-management privileges.
