Unauthenticated file disclosure via unchecked path parameter

Path traversal in ReQuest Serious Play Media Player 3.0 allows remote attackers to read local files through unauthenticated HTTP requests. The tail.html and file.html handlers pass the file parameter to file-reading logic without verifying the supplied path, allowing absolute Windows paths. No credentials or user interaction are required, and disclosure is limited to local resources readable by the service.
