Authenticated SQL injection via CCM object editors
Published Oct 30, 2025 · Updated Oct 30, 2025
SQL injection in Nagios XI before 5.7.4 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify data through CCM object edit pages. The configuration object editors incorporate unsanitized user-supplied values into SQL queries, permitting injected SQL fragments to reach the backend database. Access to an authenticated XI account is required; successful queries can disclose or alter configuration and application data.
