Administrator-level SQL injection via unsanitized trap input
Published Oct 30, 2025 · Updated Oct 30, 2025
SQL injection in the Nagios XI SNMP Trap Interface before 5.6.14 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary database commands. The interface's edit page passes crafted administrator-supplied input into backend SQL without proper sanitization, allowing the input to alter the query. Administrative access to the interface is required; exploitation permits application-data disclosure or modification and can affect database availability.
