Phishing redirects via unvalidated demonstration-page URL path

Open redirect in KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training before 2020-01-10 allows remote attackers to send users to arbitrary HTTPS sites. The phishing demonstration page decodes its URL path into a redirect target and writes that unvalidated value to window.location.href. A victim must follow a crafted link; the redirect can lend a trusted KnowBe4 URL to phishing that leads to an attacker-controlled site.
