Subscriber-level rule modification via unchecked AJAX dispatch
Published Oct 16, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Missing authorization in Flycart Discount Rules for WooCommerce 2.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter discount rules. The wdr_ajax_requests handler derives a method name from the method POST parameter and invokes any matching class method without a capability or CSRF check. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to read user and coupon lists or save, duplicate, disable, and delete rules and plugin configuration.
