Unrestricted file upload in Server/api.php in cyberaz0r WebRAT 20191222 allows remote authenticated users to write files via a crafted name. The download_file function accepts the attacker-controlled name argument for an upload without restricting dangerous file types. Low-privileged access is required; the maintainer disputes the claim, and the public record does not establish execution of uploaded content.
