Service interruption via leaked runtime power references

Resource leak in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service by triggering failed IMG SCB I2C transfers. The img_i2c_xfer and img_i2c_init paths call pm_runtime_get_sync, which increments the runtime PM usage counter when resume fails, without balancing that reference. Reachability requires an IMG SCB I2C controller and a failed runtime-power resume; repeated failures leave references elevated and exhaust availability.
