Local service interruption via leaked runtime PM references

Reference leakage in the Linux kernel i.MX LPI2C driver from 4.16 allows local users to interrupt service through failed runtime resumes. lpi2c_imx_master_enable calls pm_runtime_get_sync, which increments the usage counter even on failure, then returns without balancing that reference. Repeated access requires a low-privileged local user and the affected i.MX LPI2C hardware path, exhausting runtime power-management references until service is disrupted.
