Local service interruption via runtime PM reference leak

Resource leak in affected Linux kernel releases starting with 5.6 allows local users to interrupt service through the STM32F7 I2C driver. Error paths in the driver's STM32F7 I2C service routines call pm_runtime_get_sync(), which increments the runtime-PM usage counter when resume fails, then return without balancing the reference. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an STM32F7 I2C device; repeated failures retain power-management references and exhaust resources, interrupting service.
