Service interruption via leaked runtime PM reference

A reference leak in the Linux kernel 5.6 through 5.12.3 allows local users to interrupt service through the Xilinx I2C driver. The xiic_xfer and xiic_i2c_remove paths call pm_runtime_get_sync, which increments the usage counter even when it fails, then return without balancing that reference. Reachability requires the Xilinx I2C driver and a failed runtime-power-management operation; repeated leaks can exhaust resources and interrupt the host.
