Unauthenticated post deletion via unprotected AJAX action
Published Jun 7, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Missing authorization in WPChill Kali Forms 2.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete any WordPress post or page by ID. The unauthenticated kaliforms_form_delete_uploaded_file AJAX action invokes its deletion handler with an attacker-controlled id value and performs no privilege or user check. No account or user interaction is required, and successful requests remove arbitrary site content rather than only uploaded files.
