Authenticated redirect takeover via missing capability checks

Authorization bypass in Anadnet Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin 5.1.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter redirects. The qppr_save_quick_redirect_ajax and qppr_delete_quick_redirect AJAX handlers trust nonces exposed on contributor-accessible administration pages instead of checking user capabilities before writing or deleting redirect options. Contributor-level access is sufficient to redirect all site traffic to an attacker-chosen external URL or delete configured redirects.
